It may be happening half a world away, but today is technically Opening Day in Major League Baseball. The Mariners and A’s are battling it out over in Japan, apparently in a stadium known as “The Big Egg” (not to be confused with the Big Green Egg).

Linsanity (actually, apparently I missed this hullabaloo, unless this is a joke, either way pretty funny) and Tebowmania are fine to pass the time, as is March Madness (particularly if Ohio State can manage to win and score me some cash), but it’s baseball time motherfuckers. I am so ready.
