I don’t really have much to say.  I just like saying Thundersnow, which was going on in Midtown Manhattan around 12:30 a.m. last night.  I didn’t snap any photos, but a loyal reader contributed this nice shot of the fallout of last night’s storm.  (And, for those wondering who Charles Seward is, here’s some info.)

I was going to include a clip of Stephen Colbert on thundersnow, but it wouldn’t embed.

But here’s a bonus video of a dog taking a leak (I think) in the snow. In Brooklyn!! Total hipster pooch. But no thundersnow. Sorry.

    1. That dog looks more like a dingo to me (as in ate my baby); and
    2. It is pretty clearly not taking a leak.

But I do like the photo if I may say so myself.

It looks like the dog took a shit and then licked it! Stupid dog, shit is for Chuck Berry!

Whoa! I had no idea about that, um, nuance regarding Chuck Berry.

The Buddy Holly/Little Richard story on that page is kind of an eye-opener as well.

I knew about Chuck Berry’s urolagnia, but his no. 2 fetish is news to me. And rather disturbing news at that.

There was a video floating around (pun somewhat intended) in the early ’90s of Chuck in a bathtub yelling out, “I want my breakfast,” and then a naked woman appears and squats over his face delivering the goods while (according to the article in Spy) Chuck made animal-like noises. I’m a huge Chuck Berry fan, but this made the song, “No Particular Place To Go,” ring somewhat false.
