To Condemn or Not to Condemn?
April 16, 2011
I feel like there is something profound to say about this, or at least a minor angry rant, but I can’t figure out what it is. On the one hand, almost by definition, riding around on a Segway is the height of douchebaggery, on the other, our rider has chained it up on the street, a legitimately New York thing to do. It displays at least some connection to the street life of our City. I don’t know which way to go on this.

I find it amazing that it’s called a Segway. That name sounds more suited for a grocery store.
The way to go with it is to steal it. Or at least commit some kind of minor vandalism. What kind of New Yorker are you?
I vote for setting it on fire. If you steal it, then you’ve got to walk around with it or worse yet, ride it home or to the closest bar.
I say tag up on it.
